Lingering heat...
These days, typhoons formed one and another, and a few of them hit Japan mostly the west Japan. As I see the weather map, I find another potential typhoons far in the South. It seems that we have more typhoons more this year than the average ratio.
If we have typhoons in September, it is normally a hint of changing seasons from Summer to Autumn. However we are still in August, and the last typhoon a few days ago didn't bring Autumnal wind to cool the Summer heat down.
The Sun beam is still very strong, and my skin is feeling burnt. The reflection of Sun beam on the streets is making my eyes irritated. we need to wait for one another month to welcome Autumn.
Almost end of August. Though Summer is not over yet as it is still lingering heat, I start wondering how this Summer was for me. Generally, not much anything special. Every day routine such as work. I let my simple ordinary life keep rolling. However I find a little bit change in it.
Photography.
I finally grabbed my SLR camera, and started taking photos in parallel with my iPhone camera. By using SLR camera, I could expand the range of expression. What was a good thing for me is that I'm having a couple of purposes that I'd like to do this and that through photography.
It is too early to say that it is a purpose in life, but it is becoming a motivation to make my life more interesting and colorful.
The expression of words is sometimes very difficult and annoying. It is very important for us to pick up appropriate words to express things because one's wrong comprehension might cause a different result which we don't intend initially.
In Photography, however, what we see through the lenses becomes ONE word. The image is ONE right image of what we would like to express. I feel that there is no space for our mutual understanding, especially for those who try to express things.
Grand Front Osaka is one of my favorite places to spend. I wanted to take one particular view with the back ground of Sunset, but the result was not as I expected and I gave it up. However I found a nice photo object of illuminated steps in stead when I turned round to go home. It looked like a shadow painting with the image of a Japanese lady wearing Yukata and some fire works.
The funny thing was many tourists were taking photos at the top of the steps, and dare didn't come down to the bottom. They were missing this beautiful illumination unfortunately...
How was your Summer this year?
