Things we keep, and let go...

We had the waning moon at 0:53 midnight today. And Jupiter is shining right under the waning moon. Plus, Scorpio was coming out from the east horizon like chasing both of them. However the waning moon and Jupiter are just located in the star chart of Scorpio. They are just passing it.

One of the leading Japanese astrologers, Ms. Kaibe Mai analyzes today's star chart as a period that we clearly categorize the things we keep, and don't at our hands to seek for a better future. At the same time, we find some emotional conflicts in ourselves regarding the old and new things.

Her analysis is really timely for me now. Not sure because of this current star chart, but I have one thing I just let go off my hands yesterday which had had many meanings of my recent life and journey as memories.

All of sudden, I got a feeling that it's time to let it go off my hands, but I had no idea how to. I just wanted it properly treated even after saying good-bye to it. And I came to a conclusion that it is the best to leave it to the God of Sumiyoshi Taisha shrine.

I properly rapped it up in white papers, and placed in a right place at the shrine. I deeply thanked to it traveling with me for the past several years, and gave me great experience and lessons. I put an Origami of Crane which I wrote Hannya Shingyou (Heart Sutra) on it.

I found it almost 4 years ago in Samui island, Thailand with my friend, and I brought it home. And it went to Hokkaido, and later Ishigaki island for 2 years. Probably it must've been destined to stay in warm islands in the first place, I guess.

I could've thrown it away in a trash bin, but just couldn't because I felt that it was surely alive. I just couldn't treat it badly without any respect to the spirit. Its roles finished with me, and it is time to go home.

I'm going to keep it in my memories writing about it in this blog.

I need to start something. Day by day, I feel urged somehow by inner voices. Maybe I'm already starting it, but not noticing it because not enough puzzle pieces are put together to make a clear image and vision. Still on the process. However it is steadily moving it forward.

This is what Ms. Kaibe mentions, emotional conflicts between Old and New.

In the next month, we have a Spring equinox day on the 21st of March, and Spring comes. Since this Winter in Japan is much more harsh than the usual having heavy snow along the cost of Japan sea which is reaching even the pacific ocean side.

We probably would appreciate the warms of this Spring much more than usual for sure.

Just can't wait for it...
