Wishing for a good luck with money...

One of the popular festivals right after welcoming the New Year, "Ebisu- san" has started today for 3 days. "Ebisu" is one of Seven Gods of fortune who is popular as the God of business among especially those who wish for a good luck in business.

I used to go to the Nishinomiya Ebisu Shrine, Hyogo prefecture with my family when I was a kid because my father ran a Sushi restaurant. Many different kinds of street food strolls were open during the festival period which have very lively atmosphere. Good memories....

Since I live in Osaka at this moment, I went to "Imamiya Ebesu Shrine" in Osaka today. Though I arrived there passed 10 o'clock in the morning, many people were already there to buy "Fukusasa" which is considered to bring a good luck in business. In other simple term, "Money".

However I passed the shrine quickly, and went to a different shrine near-by, "Ohkuninushi Shrine" which worships "Daikoku-san (Daikokuten)". "Daikoku" is one of another Seven Gods of fortune who is also considered as a fortune God of "Money".

I went there to wish for a good luck with money this year, and to buy a good luck charm called "Tane Sen" which is considered to bring us a good luck with money by putting it in our wallets.

I'm wishing the year 2018 a very active year visiting as many places in Japan as possible to explore my interests. As I mentioned before, for example, I would like to visit Ishigaki Island again. Maybe Tohoku area, and Mt. Fuji climbing....

Now I'm getting more ideas that I wish to do during this year.

I need to do it wisely not to be financially broke lol, and so I'm asking this good luck charm for a good help to make it possible by putting it in my own wallet. Let's see...

After visiting the shrine, I went to a spa near-by for relaxation. I really love public bath and spa. In Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter, and big ones or small... I just can't stop going there. Just love it!!!

The admission is 800 yen, but I bought a ticket with a lunch by 1300 yen.

I though that the lunch was a regular simple dish, but surprisingly..., have a look at the photo that I chose from several choices.

Wow....

Various sea food, Tempura... Sooo full!

We can buy this lunch ticket including the spa admission by this price only during weekdays. If on Weekends, it is going to be 2000 yen.

So I calculated...

Besides the admission fee, the actual price of this lunch in ONLY 500 yen! I need to go there again because other lunch choices looked very yummy as well.

Am I supposed to get a good luck with money this year, or to loose more money???
