Emitting energy wave...

This Sunflower I bumped into one day was in the middle of blooming. Then I grabbed my iPhone and took a photo. This Sunflower is called 東北八重 (Tohokuyae) which seems to be one of the improved Sunflower speices. 

Every time I see flowers just in bloom, or in the process of blooming, I can't stop feeling that they are emitting their energy wave as the petals opeing one by one. Especially Sunflowers in Summer, the power of their energy was the most among any other flowers in Summer. 

And they kindly share some cheerful energy for me to survive this hot humid Summer. How come they make me smile easily as their faces are brightening in the color of amazing strong Yellow.

Another Heart Sutra practice day. 

I make it a habit to visiting a temple near by to write 般若心経 (Heart Suturas) two times a month. It is mainly a prayer for my ancestors in the father and mother's family trees, but this is also for myself because I can practice focusing on keeping my mind calm and peaceful while writing each word of Heart Sutras.

As I write it more, my calligraphy is seemingly getting better, especially in the proper amount of the ink. And as I learn better of how much ink is ideal for better calligraphy, the words start looking better even though I just trace the Heart Sutras draft under the paper. 

I was supposed to read a book here at this McDonald instead of updating my diary. Well, I just forgot to put it in my bag, and need to go back home again. Now wondering where to read avoiding this Summer heat already filled outside...
