My niece’s wedding...

I’ve been updating this blog since 2009 after I started working as a tour escort back in 2006. Sometimes I write every day, sometimes not which is really surprising to me that I’ve been doing it for almost 10 years. The time steadily kept rolling even before I started writing. The 10 years was very quick, and even 20 years. I felt that way when I attended my niece’s wedding the other day.

For me, she is still 6, or 7 years old something, and I still have a strong image of my niece, elder nephew and his friend on one day I took them to my favorite hiking place in Rokko mountain. It was a good choice for me that I took them there, and that introduce them to the holy spirits there. I’m sure that they are blessed and protected by them even if they went there once in their life so far.

My niece and her husband found a very nice wedding chapel in the downtown of Osaka. On the day of the wedding ceremony, I went to a shrine near by early in the morning to ask the Shinto God to give them a blessing and protection. I already knew that the God will do it for them by chance, but for sure...

She was wearing a pure white wedding dress holding a bouquet of white lilies and roses in her hands. The white is a symbol of chastity. For me, those white lilies were as if the archangel, Gabriel handed it over to her to proof that this wedding is blessed by the God and holy spirits.

The holy ceremony started solemnly with a symphonic sound of Hammond Organ as if we open the door of Heaven in order for the God to advent conduct this holy ceremony through the catholic priest. The people present became a witness of this ceremony and sang hymns for them. And the bride and groom exchanged wedding rings for their eternal love.

Some say, the wedding rings are a symbol of marriage's fetters in reality. However I believe that many take it wrongly. For me, it seem to be a very sacred icon for those who made a vow under the name of the God. Every time they see it, it reminds them of their innocent hearts.

While the ceremony going, I unconsciously looked at the time clock of my iPhone taking their photos.

"11:11"

"11:22"

"11:33"

"11:44"

Just amazing! Perfect indeed!

I'm so happy that they gave me the signs of these holy angel numbers at the ceremony.

My niece later changed her white dress for a pure red dress with red roses' hair ornament. The Red is a symbol of passion and love. This is one of very symbolic colors in Christianity. And she later changed her dress again for a blue. The Blue is a symbol of Faith.

I had many opportunities to learn those color symbols in Christianity when I was a tour escort traveling in the world. This wedding ceremony was really really good in the terms of following the traditions in the Christianity world.

I was just wondering if they knew how symbolic and wonderful this wedding ceremony was. Probably not... Anyway, it is important for me that they are surly blessed by the God.

I brought a few bunches of flowers used for the wedding reception back home. The aroma of Casablanca is now filling in my room. And my white Dragon Origami really goes well with the flowers in the photo.

What a beautiful day!

Wishing them a happy ever after life with their daughter.
